Drain positions can also be altered to avoid joists or for a specific design to be achieved.

Custom trays can either be produced from plans and drawings or alternatively from a full-size template (recommended for trays with varied curves)

The full range of Resin Rock trays come pre primed with no extra preparation required on site. With a pre-set 2mm drain height this creates the ideal installation requirement without the need of alteration or adaptation.

The standard size trays are approximately 30mm in thickness. Allowing for a 18mm ply/T&G and 12mm cement board combination to be used in a timber floor construction.

The trays can also be set into screed/concrete during the construction process ensuring the correct falls and drain height for microcement.
